IMDA, Singapore. Applicant must be a Singapore-registered company; features at least 70 minutes, before production. First Features requires new Singapore citizen/PR talent and an experienced producer. Malaysia-alone applications do not qualify.

Asia co-productions require Singapore and non-Singapore Asian producers, an Asian director, qualifying credits and distribution in three countries including one outside SEA. Global route has separate outside-Asia partner and four-country distribution requirements.
