Logline

A jobless man flees the city, wanders through Yunnan’s coffee lands, and embarks on a journey of self-discovery and spiritual redemption.

这是一个失业男人逃离都市、回归山野，以云南咖啡之旅完成自我溯源与心灵救赎的漫游纪事。

Synopsis

Trapped in marital and midlife crisis, Chen Anhua is diagnosed with hereditary hypertension and atrial flutter. After learning that a caller he supported through a counselling hotline has died by suicide, he leaves the city under the pretext of researching coffee in southwest Yunnan.

Along the way, he meets rural arts volunteers, ethnic village officials, coffee estate owners, young baristas returning to their hometowns, and an artist priest. Their lives reflect his own confusion and weariness. His search for relief and answers ends with his death; his soul retraces this winding, layered journey through life.

深陷婚姻与中年危机的陈安化，确诊遗传性高血压与房扑心脏病。在得知自己接待的心理热线来访者轻生后，他借滇西南咖啡调研之名逃离现实。

旅途途中，他邂逅乡村美育志愿者、少数民族村寨干部、咖啡庄园主、返乡青年咖啡师，以及艺术家神父巴猜等各色人物。众人的人生轨迹，悄然映照出他内心的困顿与迷茫。

这场本为寻求喘息与答案的漫游，最终以他的离世落幕。而他的灵魂，在回望中重新走过这段褶皱起伏、如屏风般迂回的人生旅途。
